Shipping & Returns

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days Australia-wide. Orders placed before 9am AEST Monday–Saturday are dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with Australia Post processing and your location.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: free on all orders over $200 AUD.
• Express delivery: flat $25.00 AUD, 1–2 business days to metro areas via Australia Post.
• Minimum order: $200 AUD.

Order processing & payment

After you place an order you'll receive payment details (PayID, bank transfer or cryptocurrency) via live chat or email. Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders that remain unpaid are held for 24 hours before being cancelled.

Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details are emailed to the address on your order. If you haven't received tracking within two business days of payment, contact us.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. To start a return, contact our team with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Faulty products are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

All orders are subject to age verification (18+). Products are subject to TGA regulations and state/territory laws. See our FAQ for more.
